Opening Hours
Shopping on line allows you to shop at your convenience. Candy Soirees is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders requiring urgent/express delivery will be processed on the same day if received by noon AEST.
We will notify you via email within 24 hours (business days only) if we are unable to process your order for any reason.
Order Processing & Payment
Payments can be made online using the safe and easy method of Pay Pal, we do not have credit card facilities at this stage however, if you wish to email us with your order query we will be happy to email you with an invoice and our bank details for you to make a direct bank transfer.
We also accept personal cheque, goods to be delivered upon payment being cleared.
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order receipt and approved payment. If there are any delays we will notify you via email.
Product Information
Our site has been carefully set up so that all relevant information is given to you about our product however should you have further queries, feel free to contact us and we will delighted to assist you.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to have our shop fully stocked at all times, however at times item availability is subject to change. If by any chance an item is unavailable we will notify you immediately and organise a new order for you or alternative option.
Pricing
All prices for products and shipping are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Fully-assembled favours
Our party favour boxes are sold without ribbon and confectionary however Candy Soirees offers a design service for wedding, christening and birthday favours. If you would like us to assist you in this area, please notify us via email and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote.
Special orders
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our site, in colour or design, feel free to drop us an email and we will be happy to try and source it for you. For example if you are looking for a wedding favour box in a particular colour chances are we can get it…..so we would love to hear from you and try and help you out for your special soiree.
Refunds and exchanges
If you have received a faulty item and you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the sale amount. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that goods MUST be returned in their original condition and we will require a proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
There are no refunds on sale items.
Delivery information
Candy Soirees uses Australia Post (Nation Wide)
Standard parcels (up to 3kg in weight) are charged at a flat rate of $7.50. Express post (up to 3kg) are charged at a flat rate of $10.00If in the event your order exceeds in weight or is oversized and the shipping cost is greater we will notify you via email to quote you accordingly.
International orders and shipping
Candy Soirees does not offer international shipping at this stage.
